Product Returns

 

Customized items cannot be returned for refund.

Non-customized items can be refunded minus a 15% restocking fee within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Shipping cost is at customers expense.


 

Technical Support

 

All of our USB flash drives are backed by our lifetime replacement warranty. Do you believe that your USB drive is defective? If so, try these two simple fixes which resolve more than half of all technical support issues.

  • Try using the USB drive with another computer. If it functions properly on another computer then the USB drive is not defective. Consult your computer manufacturer or your support team for more information.
  • Reformat the USB drive. Note that reformatting the USB drive will erase ALL data and files on the drive. To reformat, insert the drive into the USB port. Go to "My Computer" and Right-Click on the drive icon under Removable Storage. Click on Format. Click Start. Now try using your USB drive and see if it functions properly.

USB Flash Drives - Product Warranty

 

Here at PhotoFlashDrive, we warrant our Product(s) against defects in material or workmanship as follows:

For the life of the USB flash product from the date of purchase if the Product is determined to be defective, we will replace the Product at no charge.

To obtain warranty service, you must contact our support for a return number and return information. Note that on shipping the product(s), you must take care to ship in either its original packaging or packaging of an equal or similar degree of protection, to our Returns Center. See below for additional information.

This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage or damage due to acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, commercial use, or modification of, or to any part of the Product. This warranty does not cover damage due to improper operation or maintenance, or attempted repair by anyone other than by Pexagon Technology Inc. This warranty does not cover Products sold AS IS or SCRATCH AND DENT.

Due to shipping costs, customs and duties, this warranty is valid only in the United States of America and Canada.

This warranty is invalid if the factory applied serial number has been altered or removed from the Product.

REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE END-USER. OUR COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THIS PRODUCT. EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ON THIS PRODUCT IS LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY.

Most returns are inspected and either replaced as an advance replacement or standard RMA within 5 business days of the faulty products receipt in our Returns Department.

The end-user is responsible for shipping costs for the return to PhotoFlashDrive. PhotoFlashDrive is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to the end-user. PhotoFlashDrive will choose a shipping carrier and speed of service at it's discretion but primarily uses USPS Priority Mail and FedEx Ground.
